1. Overview
Pour Familia (“we,” “our,” “us”) provides mobile bartending services, bar rentals, and event packages throughout Central Florida. These Terms govern all bookings made through our website, email, or any communication channel, as well as all use of the Pour Familia website.

2. Booking & Payments

• All bookings are subject to availability.

• A deposit is required to secure your event date. The remaining balance must be paid in full prior to the event.

• Pricing varies based on guest count, location, staffing needs, and service duration.

• A 22% gratuity fee may be added to staffing and labor.

• Failure to submit payment may result in cancellation of services.
   

3. Alcohol Policy

• Pour Familia does not provide alcohol. Clients are responsible for supplying all alcohol served during the event.

• Clients may request our concierge alcohol pickup service for an additional fee.

• We reserve the right to refuse service to any guest who is visibly intoxicated or acting in a manner that risks safety.
   

4. Cancellations & Refunds

• Cancellations must be submitted in writing.

• Deposits may be non-refundable depending on proximity to the event date.

• Refund eligibility varies based on notice provided, third-party rentals, and event date.

• Pour Familia reserves the right to cancel service due to unsafe conditions, extreme weather, or client misconduct. In such cases, partial or no refunds may apply.
   

5. Event Requirements

• Client must provide a safe, accessible event space for our bar setup.

• Client must confirm access to electricity (if required), flat ground, and adequate space for trailer setups.

• Staffing will be scaled based on guest count to ensure proper service.
   

6. Photography & Media

• Pour Familia may capture photos or videos during events for marketing purposes.

• Clients may opt out by submitting a written request prior to the event.
   

7. Liability

• Pour Familia is fully insured.

• We are not responsible for injuries, damages, or incidents caused by guest behavior, alcohol consumption, or unsafe conditions outside our control.

• Client assumes responsibility for any damage to Pour Familia equipment caused by guests or venue negligence.
   

8. Website Use

• All content on this website—including images, text, logos, and branding—is the property of Pour Familia.

• Users may not copy, modify, distribute, or use any content without written permission.
   

9. Changes to Terms
Pour Familia may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any revised terms.
